Rovember Basic Practical

Want to make some new friends? Want to learn how to become a more effective Rover? Looking to get involved in running YOUR section? Then have we got the weekend for you!

If you are interesting in coming along and learning more about being an effective part of your Rover Crew, Region Executive or Subcommittee, then this is the weekend for you.

Like all of our Rover training, this course takes advantage of the Scout eLearning system, and feedback from previous courses to cut down on the boring parts of training and focus on giving you the skills and techniques you need to be a dynamic leader in the Rover section!

The cost of a Rover Basic Practical course is $100, and most Regions offer some kind of assistance program to help cover the cost. Rover Basic is also the level of training required for people planning to undertake the role of Region Chairman, Subcommittee Chairman, or VRC Office Bearer.

The Rovember Basic Course is running on November 11th and 12th at Pax Hill, Ballarat. Applications close October 20th.

You should come this weekend because it's going to be fun! We guarantee it!
